COREFIT Series


Want to get in the best shape of your life while having fun at the same time?  Then our COREFIT series is for you! Each 50 minute class is full of high-intensity, functional strength training. We train in a smart, safe, and effective way, guaranteed to get your blood pumping and heart racing. Our classes are split up throughout the week by muscle groups (lower body, upper body, core, and power yoga).

Our professional and experienced trainers will lead you to success! We pride ourselves on creating workouts that give you amazing results, using new functional techniques with real-time heart rate monitoring! Our classes are unique, and we guarantee that you will actually enjoy working out, again and again! Whether you are looking to burn fat, build muscle or gain strength, we have something for all ages and fitness levels.

YOGA


We offer Vinyasa Yoga classes in the park Fridays at 8:30am. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

Small Group Training


Do you like exercising with your friends and having a personal trainer coach you? Get sweaty with your best friends or neighbors in our group training sessions! With a team environment to motivate you through that last rep, your results are waiting just inside our doors. Our trainers will keep you motivated and engaged with expert attention on your fitness journey.

Kid Fit


Our program is broken down into 60 minute classes that are geared towards homeschoolers who don’t have a structured PE program. This program is designed for kids to be ACTIVE while having fun and learning teamwork. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up and stretch then we rotate through drills. We also enjoy fun classic games like kickball, dodgeball, whiffleball, wallball and capture the flag.
